Abstract
This paper explores the concept of the 4th Space, a novel approach to public engagement in the space sector. The research examines how innovative business models can make space exploration more inclusive and accessible to the general public. Through analysis of current space industry trends and public participation patterns, we propose frameworks for sustainable space business development that emphasizes community involvement and educational outreach. Our findings suggest that integrating public engagement strategies with commercial space activities can create new revenue streams while fostering broader societal support for space exploration.
